My Creating Wholeness Course is an introductory course that educates and reframes the out of date methodology to overall wellness. 

Crafted to work at your own pace, each module offers focused strategies to cut through the noise, simplify the journey, and cultivate sustainable results. From beginning to end the learner will be inspired to evolve and affirmed in their intuition about how personal health and wellness should be handled. 

There is a better way to live. You're not broken or doomed. You just need a wellness plan that doesn't discount your emotions, heart, past, and environment in favor of a big box one-size-fits-all approach. Your body is capable of healing. 


When you've been misled before, it can be challenging to maintain hope for the health you really want. But in order to have something we've never had, we have to do something we've never done. FAQs

How long should it take me to complete this course?

This is a work at your own pace course so it could be 4 weeks - 4 months pending on how quickly you want to move through it. I recommend taking 2 weeks for each module at minimum

What happens if I am unsure if this is a good fit for me?  

If you are concerned that this is just another program and hesitant to purchase the course, please contact us for a sample module to try.
